Unfortunately, the younger members of our society are all too often the most vulnerable. This is all the more bitter when the danger - due to previous trauma or mental health problems - comes from the child or young person themselves. Self-harm, but also attacks on doctors, nurses and the staff of care facilities are unfortunately not uncommon in this context.
